Requirements
To open a current account with Atwimaman Rural Bank, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Account Opening Form: Ensure that you fill out the Account Opening Form in its entirety.
- Attach a Passport-sized Photograph: Include a recent passport-sized photograph with your application.
- Provide a Valid Ghana Card: You will need to present a valid Ghana Card as a form of identification.
- Proof of Residence: Submit appropriate documentation to serve as proof of your residence. This can be in the form of a utility bill or a sketch of your residence.
- Non-Ghanaian Residents: If you are a non-Ghanaian residing in Ghana, it is necessary to provide a valid resident permit.
- Letter of Introduction: Include a letter of introduction from one of the following sources:
- An existing account holder at Atwimaman Rural Bank.
- Your employer.
- A well-respected individual of high repute, such as senior public office holders, recognized professionals (e.g., lawyers, doctors, accountants), senior banking officials, or reputable religious leaders.
