Requirements
- Complete the Account Opening Form: Ensure that you fill out the Account Opening Form in its entirety.
- Attach passport-sized photographs of both the parent/guardian and child.
- Ensure that photographs of the child are updated every two (2) years.
- Parents will receive prompts through our alertWise Notification service when updates are due.
- Provide a valid Ghana Card of the parent/guardian.
- Provide the child's birth certificate.
- Submit proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, sketch of the residence, etc.)
